Wanda Lloyd is a retired, award-winning journalist and a university professor (and former department chair) living in Savannah, GA.

 

She served as an editor at seven daily U.S. newspapers, her last position as executive editor of the Montgomery Advertiser in Alabama. Now retired and living with her  husband, Willie, she ia serving her community and writing a memoir with no daily deadlines.

She also plans to spend more time visiting and mentoring their daughter, Shelby, who is pursuing her professional dream as a buyer for a large retail company.
